I re-enabled all options above without any issues of being grayed out. I used my iPhone since I was already signed in but you'll need any two factor authentication required as well as the URL and secret key. Once removed I downloaded and re-installed and it went through the full brand new log-in process. So round two I followed the instructions here: Īfter the uninstall, I restarted the computer to be absolutely sure all files being used or needing to be cleaned up were removed. I uninstalled the program as I read on this thread, but when I uninstalled I didn't remove the app data folder. Went to setting -> Advanced and the > option was no longer grayed out and was able to be selected.įinally, when restarting the computer/relogging it was still asking me for my master password and not recognizing that it was enabled even though the check box was clicked. Then I re-opened windows hello sign in options and added my passcode back to the system, exited and reopened 1Password, signed in used password. I removed my version of Windows hello (passcode) (Yours may differ) then I restarted my computer. I recently had this issue and it's because I had Windows Hello Enabled before this feature was released so the grey check box was unable to be clicked. I know this is an older thread, but I figured I'd post it here for anyone googling to find, and in case you still need help. We'll always be marked by an official flair, and will always love both 1Password and you. You'll see some friendly people from the 1Password team ready to help you - keep an eye out for /u/1PasswordCS-Blake, /u/agben, u/Zatara214, and more of us! ![]()
